JFK Assasination

You can't live in the DFW area without hearing about the JFK assasination. Of course, it is talked about world-wide, but of course, this event hits very close to home. I've always wondered what made whoever shot Kennedy chose this location. They couldn't have waited for some other city, far, far, away?

I'm not going to bore you with details of the incident, instead, I've collected a couple of links to enlighten you further.

One final note: if you're in Dallas, be sure to check out the Sixth Floor Museum. It has a wealth of info on the subject, actual newsclips, the "sniper's nest" still preserved, and other assasination- and Kennedy-related material. I have been there myself and highly recommend it.
